Prior to obtaining her PI license in 2002 Barbara Baughman had over 35 years in billable law firm investigative paralegal experience in creditors rights, bankruptcy, insurance defense and commercial law. She has practiced in Oregon, Washington, Louisiana, Florida and Tennessee. Attorneys look to her for finding witnesses, assets and strategizing re trial needs. She also manages the Turnip reports provided by Free Lance. She is a two term Past President of the Oregon Paralegal Association.

Prior to obtaining his PI license in 2002, Rodger Baughman had over 30 years of human resource, corporate security, and Fortune 500 management. He also has some police experience.

Scot Baughman served 20 years with the US Army including a year in Iraq with the 4th ID, a recruiter in Portland for 3 years and a drill instructor at Ft. Knox. Scot retired in 2008. His training is perfect for handling difficult process service and field chasing subjects.

We convinced Thimothy Baker to come out of retirement to manage our Salem operation. Before joining Free Lance full time, Thim was serving process for Free Lance since 2002. His over 30 years in sales and customer service for major corporations is beneficial in handling service of process and client needs.

Chris Baughman joined Free Lance full time in December of 2008. Before joining Free Lance in 2008 she handled the computer imputing of cases while residing out of state. Chris previously worked in the title division at Ford Motor Credit and brings to Free Lance her computer and skip tracing skills. Chris’ motto is “They can hide, but I will find them” and clients are amazed at her results.
